Be a Google Translate volunteer (even if you are not a bilingual!)
We use translation services of various companies like Google, Yandex, or Bing in our everyday life for countless purposes. Google's translator service offers us volunteers a service that we can help them make their engine better in any language.
It does so with a dedicated page to translators, where you can tell them if a translation is correct or translate sentences any moment you have time, particularly concerning current global issues like Covid 19.
But we also discovered that even if you are not a bilingual! You can just copy the another text in a language you pick up and Google asks you to translate, and place it in the slot for the text to translate. Then let Google translate it into your language and all you can do is whether the translation is good in terms of sentence structure and place it this time to the slot for the translated text.
Even if you are not sure about the result. It will help Google a lot. If you are to avoid it, considering it a bit improper, you can just click on the "Tell us if these translations are correct" link. Google will, then, ask you if some translations already done by others are correct and you will just tell them whether they are so or not. A great service for volunteers!
