Volunteering with Reef Relief
Environmental Center
Founded in 1987, Reef Relief is one
of the deep seated and banner-bearing organizations when it comes to protection
of oceans through reef campaigns and education, particularly around Florida,
Bahamas, Cuba, and Jamaica.
It has implemented numerous projects
so far, ranging from Clean Water Campaign to Coral
Nursery Project, from installing reef mooring buoys to providing children with
trainings about marine life.
If you are around the area, you and/or
your children can take part in the activities oriented to coral ecosystems,
which will assuredly be a nice experience and which might be a lifetime interest
for the kids.
