K9 Friends is a shelter that rescues abandoned and stray dogs in the UAE and finds them loving new homes. Formed in 1989, it is the longest established dog rescue in the country.
Our aim is to find all our dogs homes for life. We have a very successful homing process whereby each dog is neutered and health checked and then carefully matched to its prospective new family. This, along with a program of events that focus on education and responsible dog ownership, allows us to address the issue of stray dogs in the UAE in a sustainable way.
